Langer (UK) has developed a range of AFOs which are of the highest quality and simple to order.
As a standard manufactured from co-polymer, polypropylene, a lightweight thermoplastic. Alternative materials such as polyethyelene are available upon request.
Large range of colours and transfers are available at no extra charge.
Through-loop Velcro fastenings, backed in PVA, to limit twisting and aid cleaning.
Malleoli are padded as standard, extra padding can be added at no extra charge.

Neurological footplates can also be added to any of the AFOs on request by our highly skilled techicians, or can also be omitted from DAFOs. It is preferable for clinicians to mark the appropriate anatomy for neuro-footplates on casting. Demonstrations of casting techniques are available on request.

The order form shows all the standard designs available and also provides an opportunity for the clinician to specify alterations to the standard trim lines, at no extra cost.

As an alternative to the standard orthoses, clinicians are able to specify their exact design alternative. Alternative orthosis designs will be charged accordingly, at a competitive rate.
